I’d resisted buying one of the Alisa’s for ages as I remembered the Bowie jumpsuit that it’s based on giving “giant baby” vibes when I wore it, but I decided to try it on just for fun when I was in store during the 30% off prints promo. Turns out I love it! Very cute and comfy, light and flowy which is ideal in the current heat. I wear a 10P in Ragan or 8R in originals and sized down to a 6 in this, which is what I wear in most L&Y dresses. The only vaguely fitted part is the chest, and I still have room in the 6 (I measure 35-36” around the bust). I’m narrow across the shoulders and find the straps threaten to slip a little but not so much that it’s annoying. Zip on the back goes to mid-back so is easy to reach but I don’t bother to do up the hook and eye. One thing I was worried about was that the loose leg would make it feel like my bum was visible but it doesn’t feel like that at all. Love the colours as well, really pretty and fun.
