Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Yaks. But if for any reason you need to return something, don't worry, we've got your back. You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to send it back for a full refund or store credit. (*exclusions apply). 


Good news - we’ve extended our returns period for the gifting season!
 Any items bought on or after 1st November 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.


To start your return for order numbers beginning with 'US', head over to our portal here and enter your order number and email address to get started. 

For orders beginning with a number '3', please use this returns portal here.

Return costs start from $15.00 for a USPS return label.
  You can choose to return for a full refund or store credit, exchanges are currently unavailable for international orders.



Terms & Conditions

Our standard returns policy is 30 days from the date you received your order.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment methods used to purchase. In the event a Gift Card is used to partially pay for an order, the gift card will be refunded in the first instance before any alternative payment methods are refunded.

Socks, tights, headscarves, headbands, scrunchies, briefs, bikini pants, boxer shorts, earrings, soaps, and Re:Yak packs are non-refundable. 

Your return may be rejected if items fail to be in a resaleable condition. Returned items need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt and with the original tags.

No shipping costs or customs charges can be refunded by Lucy & Yak. 

Sale items purchased on our website can be returned as usual.

We are not able to honour sale prices retrospectively. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3 for 2 items can be returned individually but will be refunded based on the promotional price paid


For faulty items, please contact our Customer Happiness team at hello@lucyandyak.com within our 365 day quality guarantee and be sure to include your order number or receipt and a picture of the fault and we'd be happy to look into the issue for you!


If your refund needs to be adjusted because you used a discount code or voucher with your purchase, please email us at the same Customer Happiness email address with your order number and details of the code used.
