Ragan - Cotton Jumpsuit in Green Gingham with Strawberry Embroidery

I love the Ragan, the size chart puts my hips at a size 30 and chest at a size 24/26. I tried on the 30 and it was a lovely, loose and comfortable fit. Very happy with how roomy it was considering I went with my hip measurements. I did want to also try the 28 but that wasn’t available in the store but given how roomy the 30 was around my hips I believe I’d have no issues in the 28. It’s such a gorgeous style. I wear a 26/28 in L&Y depending on style and fit (28 in Addisons, Ali’s, Originals without elastane, Jenny’s and Easton’s. Then a 26 in Easton’s, Bowie’s and Originals with elastane. I wear a 24/26 in anything that’s fitted over the chest but doesn’t require hip room (so all dresses like Faye, Maeve, Mable and Micah)). I’m 5ft 8 with a long torso and shorter legs.

I'm pretty disappointed with my order. Over many years I've purchased with no sizing issue. I ordered the gorgeous rock motif jumpsuit since i'm an absolute rock nerd. I even sized up one size larger (from size 14 to size 16) and lt does not comfortably fit my shoulders! i'm well within the size chart measurements for a size 16. I think if the shoulders are going to be disproportionately small, that measurement should be in the size chart! I'm gutted. How do I even know if i went up 2 or 3 sizes more to a size 18 or 20 that the shoulders will even fit then?

Pedí la misma talla que otro modelos de junpsuit y este me quedó muy muy muy ajustado, no entiendo como puede variar tanto si es la misma talla de la misma marca, lo pedí desde México y tuve que pagar extra impuestos por el :( podrían poner alguna nota sugiriendo pedir talla más grande :(
