I was looking forward to expanding my Yak wardrobe to include underwear, and loved this for the print/colour. The package arrived quickly, as it does from L&Y. I wore the Bralette straight out of the packaging, and discovered that the hook and eye tab was really uncomfortable against my skin , scratchy and sharp. I washed the item of clothing and tried wearing it again, but had the same result; the tab appears to be laser cut, and the edges were hard and shiny sharp edged plastic. I contacted customer services, who were lovely, and offered me a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately I couldn't get a replacement as my size had sold out, but the refund was lightening fast. And I was told to hold on to the unwearable item in case I could repair it (I haven't worked that out, yet )
I can't fault customer service or the company response. 5 stars there!
I was disappointed by the bralette- I am used to zero issues with L&Y clothing, see one buy one wear one; I'm spoiled really 🙃

I have been on the hunt for the perfect (for me) bralette and this is top tier. I love the fit - it’s so comfy, doesn’t ride up in the back, and the perfect triangle cut. Def need a few more!
