I ordered this and was so excited to wear it. I ordered it as a long in my size and found it to be several sizes too big for me when it arrived. I ordered other items in my size that fit perfectly so I was confused by the differences. When I reached out to the team, they were very prompt in returning my emails but when they asked me to measure and send photos,
ultimately decided it was in the “tolerance” for my size despite going against the dimensions listed on the product description.
The item is no longer available so I suppose I will pay to have it tailored?
