Product Description

We listened to your feedback, so meet our new and improved Cole, borrowing the best bits from Cole and Tate. We have returned to the Cole original fit around the waist and hip but kept the leg shape of Tate to update our wide leg, high waist jean. Pure 90's skater vibes continue. Available in Pinstripe.

Our Fit

  • Return to the original fit around the waist and hip for extra room
  • Fixed non-stretch waistband to sit on the waist with fly front and button closure, extra ease with elasticated side panels
  • Pleated front trouser for a loose fit over the hips
  • Full length wide leg 
  • Inside Leg: 75cm

Fabric & Care

  • 70% Organic Cotton, 30% Recycled Cotton
  • Machine washable, always read the care label. Due to the nature of this fabric, colour fastness cannot be guaranteed. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics as colour transfer may occur. Always read care instructions before washing.

    Gorgeous jeans - says Tate on tag but Cole online?

    I bought these in the Edinburgh store at the weekend despite telling myself I absolutely do not need more jeans I tried these on out of curiosity and they are so lovely I bought them! Also shout out to the Edinburgh store staff as they were lovely. They say Tate on the tag but are described as Cole online which is confusing. I have a couple of pairs of Cole’s and these are a bit wider and slightly longer. I am about a 31 waist and could have gone for the 30 but the 32 sits a bit lower and so gives me some extra length which I need as my inside leg is about 32/33inches. These remind me so much of the super wide 90s jeans ❤️ The only minor draw back I find with Coles and with whatever these are is that the super low crotch can rub a bit on your thighs as on my it sit right where my thighs touch and I have fairly slim legs so if I wear them for a day with a lot of walking it can chafe a little but once they soften with wear it’s fine. I’d also love it one day L&Y did a Cole/Tate in longer length so I could wear with a wider range of shoes. The subtle pinstripe makes them look more elevated so can definitely be dressed up a bit!
